Typhoon Ondoy

Last October 3, I place the Mass intention in my vigil Mass on behalf of the victims and casualties of the floods bought by the storm Onday (Ketsana). The parishioners of St Mary and St Joseph's Parish offer their deep prayers and sympathy. A small Filipino group living in Sydney provided the music in the Liturgy, afterwards they lend hand in placing the relief goods consisting of tin foods, clothings, medicines, soaps and other personal hygiene items in boxes donated by LBC. The donated items came from the Aussies in the parish. We hope this small way of generosity will lift the spirits of those who have suffered in the said calamity.
